Ruby was a very hard working woman, Working at the Borger steam laundry also many years and retired from Phillips Petrolium as a Janitor. She was a very good christian, friend and aunt.

Mrs. Ruby S. Stone, 73, of 1109 Jackson, died at 11 a.m. today in North Plains Hospital.

Services are pending a Minton Mortuary.

Mrs. Stone had been a resident of Borger for 40 years.

She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Dolly Deskin of Borger; two sisters, Mrs. J.B. Massengale of Galveston and Mrs. W.K. Coggin of Borger; one stepsister, Mrs. Fannie Green of Floydada; and one stepbrother, Tarpley Matthews of Hillsboro.

Services for Mrs. Ruby S. Stone will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Minton Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor of Bible Baptist Church, officiating.

Burial will follow in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Mortuary.
