Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church.
Burial will be in Southside Cemetery in Pontiac.
Duffy-Baier-Snedecor Funeral Home, Pontiac, is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be made to the family for her daughter's education.
She was born June 6, 1975, in Pontiac, the daughter of Loren and Judith Baumann Cremer. Judith survives in Pontiac.
Other survivors include daughter, Britney Cremer, Pontiac; brother, Eric Cremer, Pontiac; sister, Laurie (Tom) Eagan, Peoria; grandmothers, Elsie Baumann, Minonk, and Marcelia Cremer, Pontiac; aunts and uncles, Jane (Bill) McNamara, Savoy; Jim (Barb) Baumann, Minonk; and Marcia (John) Carroll, Pontiac; special friends, Mark, Hannah and Jake Kavanaugh and Jess Flanagan; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was a member of First Lutheran Church in Pontiac.
She had worked at State Farm Insurance Cos. in Bloomington and had been employed with the Duffy Ambulance Service in Pontiac as a phone dispatcher.
She was a 1993 Pontiac Township High School graduate and attended Heartland Community College.
