Ethel Corneil, a Riverside resident for 37 years, died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was 85.
Born in Kansas in 1889, Mrs. Corneil was a widow. She worked as a practical nurse for 35 years.
She is survived by four daughters, Viola Wenstrom, Leona Corneil, Margarie Jones, and Katherine Dewey, all of Riverside, and two brothers Henry Hannon of Pasadena and Harold Hannon of Oklahoma. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
