Passed away peacefully with family by his side on Sunday Jan 30, 2011 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital at the age of 67. Beloved husband of Ofelia for 35 years. Brother of Lily Bachman (the late Louis), Erika Jauner (Heiri), Rosie Schlub, Erwin Aeberhard (Ursula) and Vreni Hausler (Roland). Son-in-law of Asuncion Villahermosa. Brother-in-law of Jane and Andre Rivard and Rene and Lorna Villahermosa. Uncle of Weiss and Ferdie Merilles, Noreen and Raul Ramada, Mary Ann and John Murphy Ruby Jean Colitoy, Reniel and Jason Villahermosa, Hugy and Aaron Merilles. Armin is survived by several other nieces and nephews.
Armins family will receive friends at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME 5917 Main Street, on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Vigil will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass for Armin will be held on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at St. Thomas More Church. Rite of Committal will follow at Fairview Cemetery. For those who wish memorial donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
