John “Johnny” Brown was granted his angel wings unexpectedly on September 30th, 2016 at the age of 6. He soared to his heavenly home where there is complete peace and love to welcome him.

Johnny was a sweet boy filled with energy, tenacity and love. He was a busy body looking for adventure, play and affection. He could never get enough time playing at the park, hiking, swimming and going on adventures. Johnny loved music and was beginning to find sounds and a few words through the songs he loved like “Lemon Drops and Gum Drops”, “5 Little Monkeys” and “Wheels on the bus”. Johnny was a very happy spirited little boy everyone loved.

His short time on earth was lived with purpose. Once he trusted, he loved unconditionally. His soul was driven, happy and infectious. He changed peoples’ hearts and taught them an innocent type of love, compassion and joy. Johnny will be missed incredibly, but his touch upon our lives will never be forgotten.

Johnny’s life began with little hope for a future, but when his “Forever” parents chose him to become a part of their family he learned what trust and true love was about. He is survived by his parents Daniel and Svetlana Brown, his siblings: Patrick, Sam, Jessica, Brianna, Alex, Malachi, Timothy, Adam, Aly and Emma; his grandparents Ann and late Don Brown of Burley, and great grandparents Marian and late Jack Snow of Burley. He is preceded to his heavenly home by his brother Eli, grandpa Don and great grandpa Jack. Johnny will always be a part of those who came to know and love him in memories and in their hearts.

The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, October 10, 2016 at the Gooding Chapel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with a viewing held at 12:00 noon prior to the service at the church. Following the service, burial will be in the Basin Cemetery in Oakley. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Morrison Payne Funeral Home in Burley. Condolences may be left for the family at morrisonpayne.com.
