Russell E. "Russ" Andrews, 98, of 610 W. Main St., Sheffield died Monday morning October, 17, 2011, peacefully at home.

He was born April 26, 1913 in Watson Farm, Forest County, a son of the late Earl and Ammie Cunningham Andrews and had lived in Sheffield since 1946.

Mr. Andrews was employed at Rexnord for 26 years retiring in 1976. He, along with his wife, owned and operated the Forestview Roller Rink for 28 years. He was a member of the Sheffield United Methodist Church, Sheffield Hospitality Senior Center, North Star Lodge 241 F&AM and the Coudersport Consistory.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 73 years, Florence "Tot" Andrews who died November 18, 2008, his brothers Orville "Yub" and Jack Andrews; and a great-grandson Jason Morelli.

Surviving are two daughters Dixie Bross and Husband Ron and Carol Waugh; four grandchildren, Rusty Bross and wife Kathy, Kate Flatt, Jim Hegerty and wife Jennifer; 10 great-grandchildren; 11 great-greatgrandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
