My great uncle Arch. I wish I knew more about his service. He was served in the Canadian Army in WW1. I know he was a career man and was out at sea with the carriers when Pearl Harbor was attacked. He served the entire war and suffered severe hearing loss due to the sound of Naval Gunfire. Like most of his generation he never boasted of his accomplishments, only did his duty. I remember his coffee table made from a wooden steering wheel from a captured Japanese ship. Rest in peace uncle Arch.
