"Mrs. Beulah Kinlaw Martin, 77, widow of the late Worth B. Martin of 510 E. 21st St., died Thursday morning in Southeast General Hospital following an extended illness. Funeral Services will be conducted at 3 pm Saturday from the First Baptist Church by Dr. Russell T. Cherry. Burial follows in Gardens of Faith Cemetery.
She is survived by six sons, Tilden S., Worth B., Howard T., David G., and William A. Martin, all of Lumberton, and James Fred Martin of Tar Heel; three daughters, Mrs. Virginia E. Tyner and Mrs. Evelyn Joyce Wall, both of Lumberton, and Mrs. Mary E. Jones of Hampton, VA.; five sisters, Miss Bessie Kinlaw, Mrs. Margaret Rice, and Mrs. Claudia Rogers, all of Lumberton, Mrs. Helen Traywick and Mrs. Lola VanOrden, both of Wilmington; 24 Grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Biggs Funeral Home from 7-9 p.m. Friday."
