CHAPMANVILLE, W.Va. — Mrs. Ina Mae Hensley Adams, 66, of Chapmanville, went home to be with the Lord Friday, November 13, 2009, at Logan Regional Medical Center.

Born April 6, 1943, in Whirlwind of Harts, she was a daughter of the late Manasses and Brooke Mullins Hensley. Also preceding her in death was her loving husband of 28 years, Milton Dell Adams; two brothers, Edward and Gary Hensley; four sisters, Ilean Adams, Artie Conley, Wanda Hinkle and Terrie Adams; one brother-in-law, Tracey Conley; one sister-in-law, Gladys Hensley, and two nephews, Otis Ray Adams and Teddy Lee Conley.

Ina was a member of White Oak Church Christ for about 30 years. She loved to travel and spending time with her family before she became ill. Ina worked at Logan Manufacturing Company in Chapmanville for about 13 years.

Those left to cherish her memory include one daughter, Sherry Dawn Adams of White Oak; one son, Michael Dale (Delores) Adams of White Oak; three sisters, Dorothy (Frank) Hensley of Harts, and Edith (Jerry) Conley and Linda (Paul) Adams, both of White Oak; three brothers, Manasses (Freda) Hensley Jr. of Piney, and Harless (Joyce) Hensley and Thomas (Selena) Hensley, both of Harts; two half sisters, Tammy Hensley and Gidget (Rethal) Collins; two precious grandchildren whom she loved dearly, Michayla and Abby Adams of White Oak, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, November 16, at the White Oak Church of Christ at Harts with Rev. Manasses Hensley Jr. and Rev. Rocky Chafin officiating. Burial will follow in the Hensley Family Cemetery at Buck Fork of Harts.

Pallbearers will be friends and family.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. Sunday until time of services Monday at the church.

Freeman Funeral Home of Chapmanville is in charge of the arrangement.
