Sand Creek area of Harts, Lincoln Co., WV, he was a

Watson Adkins
and
Martha Ann (Adkins) Workman

Also preceding him were his
Grandparents who reared him:
Thomas Jefferson "Jeffrey"/"Jeff" Adkins and
Louise "Lou" (Vance) Adkins; his

Wife of 58 year:
Wanda (Carter) Adkins;

6 Brothers:
Billy Adkins,
Edward Zane Adkins,
Thomas Watson Adkins,
William Fred Adkins,
Dell Adkins, and
Patrick Adkins, and a

Special niece:
Teresa "Tessie" Adkins

Carlos was a US Army Veteran of World War II. He was a retired mechanic and coal miner, formerly employed with Powellton Coal Company. Carlos was a faithful member of the Becco United Baptist Church since April 1, 1951, serving his church as a Deacon since December 3, 1972. Carlos touched many lives through his gospel music ministry. He truly loved sharing the gospel message through his guitar playing and singing.

He Carlos was a US Army Veteran of World War II, a retired mechanic and coal miner, formerly employed with Powellton Coal Company, and he enjoyed gardening, hunting, and spending time with his great-grandchildren.
