George W. Alexander, of Camby, and formerly of Bloomington, passed away at the Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, June 25 at 12:15 a.m., after being in the hospital about a week.
Born in Harrodsburg, Indiana, November 30, 1880, Mr. Alexander was 87 years of age at his death.
He was married to Nettie Allison in March of 1962 in Bloomington, and she survives as does a half-sister, Mrs. Minnie Black, of Peru.
Funeral services were today at 2:00 p.m. at the Bond Funeral Home with Rev. Floyd and Wallace Allender officiating. Burial was in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Bloomington.
