♥My dog Lara♥
Lara was a beautiful white-golden Labrador mix. A kind farmer's wife gave her to us, as a gift, when she was 10 weeks old.
For over 14 years, she was a loyal member of the family.
Lara had a sweet and kind nature. She loved all of us and we loved her so much in return. And as a typical dog, she guarded us, protected ourselves, the house, the property, she even fetched the houseshoes, picked up the newspaper and brought it in.
And with her brown deer-like eyes, she would beg for her dog treats ... and other than that, one of her favourite sports was to continuously try to get hold of the postman.
We shared many wonderful experiences.
Now we had to let her go, only 10 days after the passing of my beloved father.
I sure pray that both of them are in heaven and keep watching and protecting us.
Lara was an enrichment of the family, our lives, and we shall forever miss her.
