Dorothy Mae Anderson, 86, died at her home in Hudson, WI, June 12, 1992.

Dorothy was born near New Centerville in St. Croix County, WI, July 31, 1905, the daughter of Warren and Amy (Hampton) Wilhelm.

Dorothy was a life time member of the New Centerville Methodist Church.

She worked at the Hudson Hospital for 11 years. Dorothy had many hobbies including crocheting and crafts and flowers. She especially liked to play cards with family and friends. Dorothy had a good sense of humor and enjoyed many good times with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband Orin, one son, Dean, her parents, Warren and Amy and a brother, Raymond.

She is survived by her son, Kenneth and his wife, Esther, Streamwood, Ill., daughters: Wilma Geurkink and husband Mike, Baldwin; Audrey Miller and husband Ron, River Falls; Shirley Fredrickson and husband Dale, New Richmond; 13 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren; one sister, Grace McMenamin, Cornell, WI.

Funeral services were from the New Centerville Methodist Church on Monday, June 15, 1992 at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Ker Yang officiating. Interment was in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery in New Centerville, WI.

Pallbearers were grandsons. Soloist was Sue Pierson and organist was Peggy Pierson. Lunch was served after the interment service by the ladies of the New Centerville Methodist Church.

Arrangements were made by the Cashman Mortuary of River Falls, WI.
