Lynne E. Anderson

Lynne E. Anderson, age 52 and long time resident of Baldwin, died in the emergency room at the Baldwin Medical Center on February 24, after a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born on June 28, 1948 in Baldwin, the daughter of Elmer and Carole (Huenink) Rudesill. She attended grade school and graduated from Baldwin High School. She went on to attend the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.

She was united in marriage to Floyd Anderson on February 17,1968 at First Presbyterian Church in Baldwin. They were the owners and operators of Anderson Distributing in Baldwin.

Lynne enjoyed antique shopping, bowling and snowmobiling. She loved her family and was proud of their accomplishments. She was active in the community serving on the Baldwin Planning Commission for the village and she was an elder and choir director at First Presbyterian Church in Baldwin.

Lynne is survived by husband Floyd; daughter Rebecca (Donald) Timmerman; and son Chad Anderson; parents Elmer and Carole Rudesill all of Baldwin and grandchildren Tony, Cayla, Andrew and Megan.

Funeral services were Tuesday February 27 at First Presbyterian church in Baldwin with Pastor Matthew Glasgow officiating. The organist was Kristin Wellens and music was by the church choir. Interment was in the Baldwin Cemetery with honorary casketbearers being Sue and Jerry Hauschildt, Nan Jordayl-Hammons, Sandra Anderson, Pauline Moulton and Marlys Newton. Memorials are preferred.

Services were arranged by the O'Connell Family Funeral Home in Baldwin.
