Georgia Lee Patton was born in Pattonville, Lamar County, TX on Oct 12, 1915, the youngest of seven children born to George Gaines Patton and Lucy Lee Sparks. In 1930, at the age of 15, she moved to Los Angeles, California where she attended Manual Arts High School. She met her future husband while she was working as a carhop at "Carl's Drive-In" near the Los Angeles Coliseum. She married Grover Cline Sullivan, Jr. on Oct 13, 1934 in Yuma, AZ. and they raised their three sons and one daughter in Van Nuys, California. In addition to her interest in real estate sales, her passion was early childhood education and for many years she served as Director of a private primary school owned and operated by her close friend.

When Georgia retired, she and sister Mary Denicia (Patton) Brooks lived together in Hemet, Riverside Co, CA. Mary was born 10 Feb 1912 in Lamar Co, TX and died 24 Feb 1989.

Georgia Lee (Patton) Sullivan died later that year on Oct 15, 1989 (at Kaiser Hospital, Fontana, CA) and was buried at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Hollywood Hills, next to her husband who predeceased her.
