Mr. Hudspeth, 4256 W. Cavalier Drive, was killed Sunday while competing at Mel Larson's Drag Strip at Wittmann. Born in Phoenix, he was graduated from Alhambra High School and was a member of the American and National Hot Rod Associations. Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Paul S Hudspeth; a brother, Paul G "Jerry" Hudspeth, all of Phoenix; two sisters, Mrs. John Hackett of Glendale and Mrs. Kent Home of Globe; grandparents, Mrs. Fernie Pillow of Vallejo, Calif., and E. L. French and Mrs. Gertrude French, both of Glendale. Burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery, Glendale. Brazill- Whitney Mortuary made arrangements
