Edward V. Abrahamson, 69, died suddenly at home on September 25, 2010. He leaves behind his best friend and wife, Ann; son, Michael; daughters, Lori, Kari, and Alisa; as well as 14 grandchildren,
He also leaves behind his brother, Art; and sisters, Mea and Sally; along with numerous friends and co-workers. He was born August 25, 1941, in Seattle, Washington, graduated from Ocosta Senior High School in 1959, and served 4 years with the United States Air Force. He obtained his Bachelors Degree from the University of Puget Sound. Ed loved his family and his dogs. He enjoyed the game of golf and would have played every day if he could. After he retired in 2006, he became a part-time school bus driver and enjoyed all the children on his route. He was a man that was always looking for a project, could build or fix anything, and wouldnt hesitate to help out anyone who needed it. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Grieb; father, Vernon Abrahamson; and mother-in-law, Kathleen Degenstein. A private family service was held at the New Tacoma Cemetery in Tacoma, Washington on October 1, 2010.
