[Funeral services for Mrs. Annie Belle Bevels Pardon, 63, Bunker Hill resident, were held at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon at Pulaski Funeral Home conducted by the Rev. J. W. McCollough and the Rev. Mack Pinkelton. Burial took place in Maplewood Cemetery. Mrs. Pardon died at 6:45 o'clock on Thursday evening, July 6, (1961), at Giles County Hospital after a long illness. #Born June 27, 1898, in Giles County, she was the daughter of the late William Bevels and Mary Sue Bevels Bevels. She was a member of the Methodist Church. #Mrs. Pardon is survived by her husband, William Forest Pardon; ten sons, Elbridge and John Pardon, Giles County, Dean Pardon, Lewisburg, Thurman, Thomas and Brown Pardon, Lincoln County, Carl Pardon, Nashville, Howard and Horace Pardon, Chicago, Ill., and Speer Pardon, U. S. Navy; six daughters, Miss Lois Pardon, Mrs. Noble Holley, Mrs. Billy C. Jarrett, Mrs William Oliver, Mrs. Marion Edwards and Mrs. Joe Sumners, all of Giles County; twenty-two grandchildren and one great-grandchild; two brothers, Erskine Bevels and William Bevels, both of Lincoln County; six sisters, Mrs. Ross Mitchell, Mrs. John Fly, Mrs. Sam Moore, Giles County, Mrs. Ike Foster and Mrs. Atha Mitchell, Lincoln County, and Mrs. Ira Hogan, Limestone County, Ala. #Pulaski Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.]
