Raymond Wesley Blair, of Little Elm passed away Tuesday, April 16, 2013 in Dallas. Raymond was born in Amarillo, Texas, March 16, 1938 to Frankie Lee and Dora Lee Blair and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Raymond served his church as a deacon; was active as a mentor in his church's Celebrate Recovery program; a member of the Freemason's (Lebanon Lodge), Scottish Rite, Shriner's and also took great pride in working as a member of the Gideon Society. Raymond was preceded in death by a daughter, Teresa Peninger and a sister, Priscilla Blair. He is survived by his wife; 2 daughters, 2 sons; one brother; 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
