YOAKUM - Fred "Downtown-Freddy-Brown" Castillo Anzaldua of Yoakum, Texas, beloved husband, father, son, brother, grandfather, passed away on Sunday February 3, 2013, at the age of 50. He was born October 6, 1962 in Yoakum to Fred Davila Anzaldua and Margaret Castillo Anzaldua. Fred enjoyed fishing and hanging out talking with everyone and anyone. He was no stranger and viewed everyone as a friend. He resided in Ganado but had friends everywhere.
His parents preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Burris Anzaldua, Daugheters: Eliza Anzaldua of Austin, Texas and Diana Anzaldua of Austin, Texas. Sons: Jose Angel Anzaldua and wife Patricia Anzaldua of Austin, Texas and Fred Adrian Anzaldua of Austin, Texas. And six grandchildren: Gabriel Anthony Schmidt, Valerie Mercedes Schmidt, Devin Cyrus Montana, Izabella Ariel Montana, Julissa Danielle DeLaCruz and Jose Angel Anzaldua, Jr. Remaining siblings left: Gloria Casarez, Yolanda Rodriguez and Terri Anzaldua followed by all his nieces and nephews and friends.
