Burial will follow in Resthaven Cemetery under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Oakdale. Mr. Ashworth, 22, of Oakdale entered eternal rest on Friday, March 25, 2005 in Oakdale Community Hospital.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Raymond and Jackie Pisani.
He is survived by one daughter Kalea Lynn Simmons of Oakdale, his parents, Larry and Dena Ashworth of Oakdale; his paternal grandfather, Jesse Ashworth, Jr.; his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Raymond D. Willis and one brother, Larry Dean Ashworth of Oakdale,
