Iva "Ivy" Neitmann Hendricks, a victim of the deadly Spanish Flu pandemic of 1918, left a husband, George, and two young sons, Oden and Sylvan, to mourn her passing. She is honored by her descendants today. (On the same day in the same household, the Spanish Flu also took her husband's grandmother, Virginia Herbert.)
