Lillie Owens, 86 passed away on December 11. The daughter of Robert and Serena Niblack Evans was born in Lake City, Florida July 16, 1896. She married Charles Leslie "Lett" Owens 30 Sep 1917 in Lake City.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband of 51 years and Granddaughter Lydia and her husband Steven Weatherington. Surviving are her children; Eleanor, of Lake City, Fl and Emmett (Linda) Owens of Tallahassee, Fl; 4 Grandchildren, Richard, Patrick, Michael and Kara.
Lillie was known for her cooking and hospitality.She will be remembered and missed by many.
