U.S. Army, Col. Retired, Wayne M. Duncan, age 74 of Woodbridge, Va., passed on January 5, 2010 at Potomac Hospital.
Born in Latonia, KY on February 4, 1935 to the late Lindsey and Philomena Duncan. Mr. Duncan played football and graduated from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He was a ROTC Distinguished Military Graduate and retired as a Colonel from the U.S. Army after 28 years of service.
He was very fortunate to travel around the world in his years of service, taking his family along, earning him honors. In later years, working at the Pentagon.
Survived by his loving wife , Dixie Weir McGregor Duncan;
