Author, journalist, fashion and beauty expert. In high school, she was the editor-in-chief of the school newspaper. She earned a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1975. After college, she was a summer editorial intern at Mademoiselle magazine in New York City and remained in New York to pursue journalism. Krupp worked for "Glamour" magazine as the entertainment editor and later the beauty director from 1980 to 1995. There she interviewed Madonna, Meryl Streep, and other celebrities. She worked as an editor and or writer for "InStyle," "People Style Watch," "Shop Etc.," "Time," "USA Today," "Town & Country," and a variety of other magazines and newspapers. Krupp published two books, "How Not to Look Old" in 2008 and "How to Never Look Fat Again" in 2010. Both were on the New York Times best-seller list for months. Throughout her career, she appeared in hundreds of style segments on more than 40 national daytime television talk shows, offering fashion and beauty tips.
