Hazel Irene Widergren, 80, Rockford, died Wed., Sept. 30, 2009, in her home after an extended illness. Born Nov. 29, 1928, in Rockford, the daughter of William R. and Mae (Schroeppel) Fehler. Married Marvin R. Widergren on June 5, 1954; he predeceased her. Previously employed as a bookkeeper in the automotive industry. Member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She enjoyed bingo, bowling and was the No. 1 fan of Daniel of Daniel O'Donnell.
