Kathleen M. Bell, 73, of Drifton passed away Monday evening at her home.
Born in Hazleton, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (McCloskey) Malloy.
She retired from the White Haven State School, where she had been employed as a resident service aide.
Kathleen was a member of the Immaculate Conception Parish at St. Ann's Church, Freeland, the Freeland Jaycees, a social member of Freeland Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5010, and a founding member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians, of both Freeland and Hazleton.
Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents, were a brother, Joseph Malloy, and a sister, Ann Marie Hindson.
Surviving are a daughter, Coleen R. Bell and husband, Michael Buck, Drifton; a brother, Francis Malloy, Drifton; and nephews, George Hindson, Todd Bogansky and Daniel Decowski.
