Sci-fi Author and Physicist. Died of brain cancer at the age of 70. Designed the Space Tethers System. Owner and Chief Scientist of Forward Unlimited. Co-founded the company 'Tethers Unlimited' with Dr. Robert P. Hoyt in 1994.
