Gene Schroenradt,48, of 521 3rd St died at 407 Tacoma Ave shortly before noon Friday. A former Essex Wire employee, he was born July 18 1934 in Logansport to Carl and Margaret Rice Schoenradt. He was a Korean veteran.

Surviving are three sons, Michael, 700 1/2 W Market St; Thomas and Mick both of 521 14th St; daughter Rheta, 521 14th St; three brothers, John 122 E Miami Ave, Robert, Rt 1 Galveston; amd Donald West Bend Wis; and two sisters, Betty Daffer, Elkhart and Patricia Galloway Lake Charles La

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday in Fisher Funeral Chapel, Rev Paul Grant officiating. Burial will be in Clymers Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m today.
