Don Brown, 79, of Nampa, Idaho and of late of Hall, Montana, passed away Saturday, May 20, 2017, at St. Patrick’s Hospital in Missoula, Montana.

Don was born August 28, 1937 in Lyman, Nebraska. He was the first born of Glen H. Brown and Ora Isabella Everhart. The family moved to Kuna, Idaho when Don was young.

Don married Brenda Kay Bruck On August 17, 1962at Zion Lutheran Church Nampa, Idaho. They were blessed with one son, Cameron, in November 1968.

Don was a saddle maker and leatherworker and was a leather salesman for Oregon Leather for over 30 years. Don never met a stranger he considered all his friends. He was also an all-around hand for Brenda’s Painting Place. Don and Brenda enjoyed raising race horses and Chariot racing right alongside of Clarence, Brenda’s father.

Don is survived by his son Cameron and his wife Sandy and step grandsons Lane, Logan and Jesse and one step great granddaughter, Khloe. Sister Sherry Brown. Sisters-in-law Jacque and Billie. Special Aunt Eleanor Penny. Numerous nieces and nephews and friends.

Preceding him in death was the love of his life, wife Brenda. His parents Glenn and Orabell; brothers Lawrence and Dennis.

A Celebration of Life his planned for June 3, 2017 at the Browns home in Hall. Any Donations can be made to the Drummond Senior Center 54 E Broad St. Drummond, MT 59832.
