Graduated at Wms College in 1857.
Admitted to the bar at Springfield, 1859
and subsequently located at Troy, N.Y.
Died at his Father's in Adams
April 11, 1860
He was amiable in disposition, unassuming, kind and courteous, of scrupulous integrity, calm, earnest and persevering, basing his legal knowledge upon upright principles rather than on mere precedents.
He was a dutiful son, an affectionate brother, a faithful friend, a consistent and active Christian whose path grew brighter and brighter unto the perfect day.
Few have died more deeply lamented.
