Pasquale Joseph Petrino, age 87 of Stratford passed away peacefully on Friday, November 13, 2015 at his home with his loving family by his side. He was the loving husband of 65 years to Maxine Williams Petrino. Born in Bridgeport on March 6, 1928 he was the son of the late Joseph and Anna Petrino. He proudly served with the US Army during WWII. Pat was employed by the Bridgeport Post and Connecticut Post for 52 years before his retirement as plant manager. He was a life member of East End Yacht Club and served as Commodore from 1969 â€" 1972. In addition to his beloved wife Maxine he is survived by his children; Joseph Petrino and his wife Sally, Linda Schoennagel and her husband David and Patricia Toth all of Stratford. 7 grandchildren; David Schoennagel Jr., Lisa Fabrizio, Christina Laursen, Steven Toth, Jacqueline Toth, Jessica Petrino and Michelle Petrino. He is also survived by his great grandchildren; David Schoennagel III, Sofia Fabrizio, Gabe Fabrizio and Drew Laursen and his sister Carol Rizzitelli. He was predeceased by his son Robert Petrino and sister, Phyllis Clark. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at 10:00 am at St. Mark Roman Catholic Church, Stratford. Entombment will follow in St. Michael Garden Mausoleum. Friends may greet the family on Monday, November 16, 2015 from 4 to 7 pm at the Dennis & D'Arcy â€" Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main Street, Stratford.
