MUCKER, SHIRLEY ANN "NANNY" LEWIS , 71, of Louisville, died Saturday, August 6, 2005, at Hospice & Palliative Care Inpatient Unit at Norton Healthcare Pavilion.
She was a native of West Point, KY, a retired employee of South Central Bell telephone Company and a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.
Her son, Harold Mucker and her father, Russell Lewis, preceded her in death.
Survivors include two daughters, her mother, seven grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 3815 W. Broadway with burial in Green Meadows. Visitation will be from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Perryman's Mortuary, 34th & Broadway, is in charge of the arrangements.
