Joe was the baby of four children born to Olga Garza and his father Joe Garza Sr. Joe is survived by his wife Norma Villarreal; sister Irma Garza and fiance Manuel; sister Ida Medina and husband Edward; brother Ricardo Garza and Heidi; stepbrothers JR Ray, Eric and Brian Garcia; grandmother Virginia Rodriguez; aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins. Joe was preceded in death by grandfather Angel, Uncle Guadalupe Garza and Uncle Felix Rodriguez Jr. Visitation will begin on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 5:00 p.m., with a Rosary starting at 7:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Funeral Home. Funeral Service will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 6, 2015 at St. Pius V. Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Grandview Cemetary.
