Eunice Katherine (Biediger) Ahr was born on May 8, 1926 in Pearson, Texas to Max and Edna Biediger. She was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church and the last surviving charter member of the Medina Valley Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 8134. On May 9, 1944, she married Quintin Ahr at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in La Coste. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Quintin, and infant brother, Leroy Biediger. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Leroy Ahr of Jacksonville, FL, Lindy and Maureen Ahr of Castroville, Colleen and Jeff Wilton of La Coste, and Lonny and Heather Ahr of Castroville; 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Leatrice Ahr of D’Hanis.
