Owner of Albert Bell's Midwest Appliance Center, aka Albert Bell's. His stores on Troost Ave. were close to competitor Jack Boring's. Both Albert Bell's and Jack Boring's often gave away free hot dogs and soda pop during summer sales, and I can vouch for the fact that they didn't turn away the neighborhood kids that wanted them.
