Murvin Ray Goff of Rogers passed away on May 20, 2017.

He was born on January 25, 1936 to the late Charles and Ethlyn Goff.

Murvin was an Army veteran who went on to work as a civilian employee for the Navy, and for OSHA, as a chemist.

He then worked as an analytical chemist for RTW/Kennametal.

He was the loving husband of Lona Goff for 44 years until her death in 2008.

Murvin is survived by his children, Morris "Mo" Goff and husband Shawn Brandon of Arnold, Md., Lora Noschese and husband Carl of Rogers, Stuart Goff and wife Machelle of Rogers; grandchildren, Ted, Emma, Coty, Matthew, Brittany; 2 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Virgil Goff.

He was preceded in death by his wife; his parents; and two siblings, Charlyn Blaylock, and Roger Goff.

Visitation will be from 10:00-noon on Tuesday, May 23 at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers.

Funeral services will begin at noon.

Burial will follow at Buttram's Chapel Cemetery in Pea Ridge.
