She was the daughter of Mary E. (Hall) Sheaffer of Dallastown and the late Glenn R. Sheaffer.
Marsha was a homemaker and a graduate of Central H.S. Class of '69. She attended Asbury UM Church, was an avid animal lover (specifically poodles), an avid Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and NASCAR fan, and collected antiques.
She was the wife of Horace E. Miller, with whom she celebrated their 37th wedding anniversary on January 9, 2008. Surviving, in addition to her husband and mother, are two sons, Todd E. Miller and wife, Mary Ellen and Shawn M. Miller, all of York; a granddaughter, Alexis; two sisters, Barbara Rishel of North Platte, NE, and Janice Godfrey of Dallastown; four nieces and a nephew.
