Hendrikus Ferdinand(Nickname Henk)HAPPEL was born in The HAGUE-HOLLAND September 27.th.1924.
From 1962 untill 1986 Henk was a member of The HAGUE TOWN COUNCIL for the Christian Democratic Party.
From 1968 untill 1978 Henk was also Alderman for Social Affairs and Public Health and in this period 4 years DEPUTY MAYOR of The HAGUE.
Henk was also former President of the Society of Catholic Social Organisations.
Henk was a Honorary Citizen of The HAGUE.
HENK was the Proud Bearer of the following Medals of Honor:
"Ridder in de Orde Ned.Leeuw"(KNIGHT IN THE ORDER OF THE DUTCH LION).
Commander in the Order of Saint Sylvester.
Henk died in The HAGUE- HOLLAND on Christmass Day December 26th.2003.
He is Buried in the Familygrave on the Cemetery"WESTDUIN" in LOOSDUINEN near The HAGUE.
This Gentleman was loved by so many people.
