Robert M Sinex, 67, of E 15th St., Chester, died Monday in Crozer Chester Medical Center, Upland, after a brief illness.
Born in Philadelphia, he had lived in Chester for 57 years. Mr Sinex was the son of the late Joseph H (adopted) and Alice Law Sinex.
He retired from Sun Shipbuilding & Dry Dock Company, in Chester, in 1974 after working there for 32 years where he was a drafter.
Mr Sinex is survived by one brother, Joseph H of Chester.
The funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday from the George J. White Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Avenue, Ridley Park.
Burial will be in Lawn Croft Cemetery, Lower Chichester.
Calling hours will be after 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
The family requests memorial contributions be sent to the Heart Fund.
