Anthony Aemmer, who coached Ryan's freshman football team, described him as "just a goofy guy that everyone laughed with "He was just one of those kids who made everyone laugh around him. He always brought a lighter side to the game.'
He was killed by local gangmembers who were arrested several days later.
RYAN, was my cousin. But I felt like he was more like my second lil brother. He and I were very close to each other when we were younger and as we grow up though the years we got closer we always had each others backs and stuck up for one other . I just want to say to him is this, Ryan hey cuz's I really miss you and love so much, and thank you for everything you did for me when you were here with us and also for everything you do for me now by looking over me on a daily basis.
