Amparo S. Benavides, 91, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 in McAllen, Texas, where she was welcomed into the gates of Heaven by the Lord and is now resting in His righteous presence.
Amparo was born on June 13, 1922 to Carlos Saenz and Viviana Salinas Saenz. She was a wonderful and loving housewife and mother.
Amparo reunited in Heaven with her parents; her husband, Pedro Benavides; grandson, Ismael Longoria and brother, Armando Saenz.
She was preceded in death by her parents;
husband, Pedro Benavides.

Rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, July 12, 2013 at the St. Ann's Catholic Church in Encino, Texas with a visitation from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Falfurrias.
Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 13, 2013 at the St. Ann's Catholic Church in Encino with a viewing beginning at 8:30 a.m.
Burial will follow at the Benavidez Family Cemetery on Las Cuatas Road in Encino.
