Missy was with me for 20 yrs. Mom got her from some people who had found her eating out of a tin can. It was a weekend and they couldn't take her to a shelter and mom kept her. I remember the day I came to mom's house and this cat came racing out our door. She used to attack me from under the couch when I'd run through a room. Later on when I moved in with mom at our present house, Missy became my shadow. She stayed with me in my room from then on. I was gone for a couple of years but when I came back, she stayed true to me. She slept on the bed with me and followed me around. For a long time she hated going outside, then about a month ago she started asking to go out again. Friday was the last time I took her out with me. We sat in the grass and just hung out together. She layed on the bed with me for the last time Friday night. I didn't even get to be here with her yesterday. For all her bad little quirks, I loved her more than anything else in my life! I'm so lost without her...please help me honor her here, it is the LEAST she deserves.
