Tommi was a long time City of Shawnee employee and acting personnel director at the time of her death in a car accident. So respected by her co-workers that city hall was closed for her funeral and flags were ordered to half staff throughout the city in her honor.
When not tending to those at work she enjoyed spending time with her family, pets, horses, and barrel racing.
Tommi was a wonderful person to know and will be greatly missed.
