Gary lived a short but full life. He was the son of James Bollman and Bonnie Henkes. He lived with his grandparents Dora and Everett Bollman who were raising him and was a happy and very good kid. He was born in Waukon Iowa and died on his grandparents farm from a tractor accident as he was getting the cows at milking time. He was an avid outdoorsman and a wonderful horseshoe pitcher where he won many awards. He loved to hunt and fish, and spend time with his cousins and uncles. He will be greatly missed by all who met him. Curtis Webster gave his funeral sermon at the Forest Mills Church rural Postville, Iowa where Gary gave his heart to the lord a few months earlier. He left to mourn his passing his grandparents, his Mother Bonnie, his father Jim, his aunts Doralee and Marcia and his Uncles Jerry, Clark and Scott. Gary was more like a brother to us as he was raised as a brother. He leaves 4 half brothers and 4 half sisters. He also leaves his aunts and uncles on his mother side of the family. We all loved him and he us. He was so good with children. All his cousins truely miss him and will never forget him.
