Shirley was my favourite aunty who spoilt me and my sister on our visits to Forbes. She was married to Pat Stirling and later Alan Penman (dec.) Shirley was left to raise her five children under the age of seven when Pat died from medical neglect whilst hospitalised for an appendix operation. Mother of Anne (dec.) Judy Alan, John, Jill & Betty and her many grand-children.
