James Patrick Lee, 65, of 334 Mary Street, a retired engine carpenter for the C&O Railway, died yesterday morning in a local hospital after a short illness. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Rosa Martin Lee, two daughters, Mrs. Paul A. Williams of Dunbar, and Mrs. Otis Stringer of Martinsburg. One son, Mr. Raymond Schneider of Charleston. Two brothers, C.E of Elk Two Mile, and Henry B. of Covington, VA; four sisters, Mrs. Lucy Taylor of Beckley, Mrs. Pearl Plymale of Fairmont, Mrs. Hettie Bazzarea of Lowmoor, VA, and Mrs. Susan Knightin of Mallow, VA. Also, five grandchildren. The body is at the Elk Mortuary pending funeral arrangements.

This is my Grandfather. My Mom's Father. We lost him before I was born so I never knew him, but am told he was a kind gentle man. A loving Husband, Father and Grandfather. He is buried in Covington, VA.
