Little is known about Jane or "Jinsey" as she was known, some sources say Lensey was her last name some say it was Oldham. She may have married Joshua Gamblin on August 25, 1832 and moved to Missouri in 1859/60. She and Joshua had one son William Henry born in 1835, she lived on the farm until her death. The Schermesser Farm Cemetery is located on the original Gamblin farm.
