Jimmy D. Collins passed away in Louisville, Kentucky, after months of battling cancer. Jimmy was from Columbia but had moved to Louisville many years ago. He had lost his mom, Letha Collins Sullivan, within the last twelve months as well as a brother, Terrill Sullivan, both in Indiana. He has one son Rick of Louisville. He will be greatly missed by family and friends. A private memorial service will be held.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley; his son, Rick, and daughter-in-law, Tammie; two granddaughters, Tiffany and Kristen; a sister, Geneva (Sullivan) Underwood; and a brother, Rodger Sullivan.
