Cause of Death: Malignant Hypertension for 2 weeks due to Hypertension and Nephro Sclerosis for 2 years. Hypertensive and Arteriosclerosis Heart Disease for 1 year. Uremia for 1 week. Sammie died in Sylacauga Hospital, Sylacauga,Alabama.

Service Funeral Home in Sylacauga handled the arrangements. Burial was at Holly Spring Cemetery in Coosa Coounty, Alabama. Wade Liveoak was the one that gave the information for the death certificate.


Samuel Wesley Livoeak was the son of John Wesley Jr. & Sara A. L. Deason Liveoak. He married Hattie Mae Robinson Dec 13, 1913 in Coosa Co., AL.

Sammie Liveoak was my paternal grandfather.
